XV-2020 is a 64-voice expandable half-rack modular synthesizer with USB support. The instrument can be expanded with two SRX-Series Wave Expansion Boards. You get up to 192MB of sounds, intuitive editing soft, and 3 effects processors.
The unit is packed with 64MB of XV series sounds, features a 64-voice polyphony, a 16-part multitimbrality, 768 patches, 17 rhythm sets and 64 performances among presets. MIDI via USB and easy control via software. 3 independent effects processors feature chorus, 8 types of reverb, and 40 multi effects.
The synth is based on a 4-Tone architecture, offers expressive Matrix Control and stereo waveforms. Internal memory provides you with 1083 waves. There’s also user memory for saving edited sounds.
The unit comes with the software for Mac and PC. The connectivity includes 1/4" stereo out for headphones, USB connector, Output (L/Mono, R) (1/4" phone type), Output (L, R) (RCA phono type), MIDI (In, Out, Thru), DC IN, Ground Terminal.
